Objective:

In detail you will:
Work as a strategic partner together with Senior Business Leaders on aligning business objectives to people objectives - align mid-term plans & objectives with long term vision for Finance, Legal, HR, Comms & CI including:
People Strategy: translate the business strategy and People Plan into people priorities, aligned with Global HR Strategy. Collaborate with People Function to develop scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning and capability building. Ensure area needs are aligned and supported by the Global HR Strategy.
Organization Development: Works together with Business leaders to define, develop and improve organizational design & capabilities as needed to support strategic goals ensuring effectiveness and performance. Implementing Re- and Upskilling framework and governance for Finance, Legal, HR, Comms & CI in alignment with CoEs, leverage Functional Academy
Transformation and Change Management: Together with Business leader in Finance, Legal, HR, Comms & CI, lead and facilitate transformation and organizational change initiatives ensuring alignment, coordination and follow through of the plans across BA/PL/functions, connecting with global initiatives when required. (Collaboration PBP + PR + PS&S for implementation).
Talent Management: Ensure people and talent topics are on the business agenda, facilitating talent process towards the future needs. Accountable for identifying, grow and plan for talents in the organization in line with strategic direction of the business, together with the responsible leader. Put actions in place to close the Talent/Capability gaps (reflected in People Plan). Work on building succession planning for eTM and above roles.

Partner with Senior Leaders to drive Diversity and inclusion.
Act as sounding board to leaders in all talent management/recruitment processes, to ensure right capabilities, diversity, potential are considered.?
Leadership and Team Development: coach senior leaders to drive Employee Engagement, Teamship and Business/People Leadership. Partner with the business leader to ensure Leadership team development - ensuring leadership team work efficiently, according to strategy and set goals.
Compensation strategy: Accountable for executing the compensation strategy of Finance, Legal, HR, Comms & CI. Responsible to bring knowledge and current/future business needs back to CoE to secure the right strategy. Coach and advise Sr leaders how to set and work with compensation, aligned with talent needs, ensuring internal attention to equity. Use dashboards and other data reports to advise the business on prioritization of critical talent/performance.



Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, Master's degree preferred
10 years of relevant experience within business and HR (covering Europe and APMEA region)
Previous experience in Change Management, Transformations, Organization Development & Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Management
Strong communication skills

Join the team developing Electrolux's next generation digital appliances. Build the user experience of our future appliance UIs and connected ecosystem. In detail, you will
Manage development of software using a pragmatic and modern embedded tech stack for connected appliances, with a primary focus on the logic needed to control and optimize how the appliance capabilities can be utilized to provide the best possible user experience.
Ship small reliable frequent releases of production grade software together with the rest of the team.
Wrap every release with a proper test coverage. You build it, you own it.
Create and maintain modularized software that is scalable to different product capabilities, compute capabilities, brands, and markets.

Who you are:
You have 7+ years experience in developing application code for embedded devices.
You have experience in developing software applications for embedded internet devices that are frequently updated in production.
You have a solid experience with GUI
You have been working with connectivity through BLE and WI-FI
You have experience in developing high abstraction level code with significant use of existing frameworks in Python, Rust or C/ C++ for embedded devices.
You need to master at least two of the following competence areas and quickly learn what good looks like for the others:

All about the role:

This position reports to Head of Group Controlling, Accounting & Finance Development, who reports to the Group CFO. We are looking for an experienced leader in the field who defines the agenda and executes it with the team and across the business with a wide network of stakeholders. This role requires someone adaptable, collaborative and analytical with inspiring energy which engages colleagues and collaborators to achieve and deliver. What you'll do:

The role is composed of three main themes: team management, perform and transform activities.

Team Management:
Leading a team of 6 professionals.
Continuously provides guidance, coaching and support to the team to create and sustain an open, learning and supportive team environment.
Ensure team is upskilled with the necessary skills and capabilities for the role and future growth.


Perform:
Responsible for driving the monthly and quarterly management reporting and analysis process, ensuring high quality decision support to Group Management and Board of Directors.
Drive the financial strategic planning including target setting (including targets for Long-Term Incentives) process within the Group, in order to provide financial insight on our strategic direction to Group Management and the Board. Including presentations and meetings with Group Management.
Lead the groups Forecasting and Annual planning processes, including Target setting (whereof Short-Term Incentives)
Control Group Common and the Group Staff & Functions costs, including global allocations.
Responsible for the group investment process (incl. tool) and gate keeper for investments going for approval by Group management or the Board of Directors.
Support scenario building & M&A activities.
Continuously optimize (automation, standardization, timeliness, data quality) the Group Business Control area.
Build strong networks and foster strong relationship with key stakeholders within the company, especially in the controlling community.


Transform:
Participate and guide various improvement projects within the controlling area. For example, Digital Financial Planning with global allocations, strategic planning, target setting, value driven planning
Drive visibility to provide complete functional cost reporting. Continuously improve forecasting, for example through Machine Learning etc for automation purposes.
Drive improvements in the groups 18 months rolling forecasting process.

Who you are:
Master’s degree in economics, business management or finance.
A minimum of 10 years of business experience with solid proven track record within people management, Finance business partnering & controlling in an international environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage a Finance function in a complex, changing environment and deliver value-added results to the organization
Strong stakeholder management, especially at a Senior Group Leadership Level with demonstrated ability to positively influence others
Strong networking and collaboration skills, proven experience of working effectively in a matrix and cross-functional environment

'Group Patents' is a part of Electrolux's Product Technology team in the Technology, Digital and Sustainability (TDS) organisation. In Group Patents, we collaborate with and support different areas of Electrolux, to prioritize sustainable consumer experiences by making strategic innovation choices.


What you'll do:

As a Patent Engineer in our team, you will be working closely with Patent Attorneys and other Patent engineers, as well as the Product Lines and R&D departments to perform various activities relating to patent searching and patent information, not only limited to patent data but also data from other sources. You work the whole value chain from harvesting, cleaning and merging data to visualize it in relevant reports, making use of the latest tools and techniques available. Also, you play a key role in supporting the Product development projects together with a patent attorney of the relevant area.


In detail, you will:
Act as an interface between R&D and patent attorneys and track ongoing R&D activities in your area
Translate customer needs into search queries and perform expert patent searches, identifying and analyzing relevant patent information, and then create reports for internal stakeholders such as R&D, Product Lines and Group Patents
Review Invention Disclosure submissions and evaluate novelty and inventiveness, based on novelty searches you perform
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global Group Patents function within Electrolux, working in a team and closely cooperating with the patent attorneys, patent engineers and patent paralegals to deliver outstanding support


Your responsibilities will also include to create, implement and update search methodology related to patent strategies, monitoring and patent alerts Training and supporting colleagues in relation to our patent data platforms, and in the art of searching, are also part of the role. In the team of patent engineers, you will also scan and stay updated on the latest tools on the market and further improve the patent intelligence offering.


Qualifications:
Academic degree in computer science, industrial engineering or equivalent

Our cloud-based, API-driven platform is the backbone for all our Software products which we deploy on worldwide markets. This is where we store data from appliances and users and build both generic and product-specific functionality. We develop our own user experiences as well as together with third-party developers. In this position, we are looking for a Backend Developer who understands how to create a great modular, scalable, and extendable architecture that serves both generic and application-specific needs. We operate DevOps-style on both Microsoft Azure and AWS (Amazon Web Services), and we combine PaaS (Product as a Service) services, open-source components and build our own modules depending on what solves the problem with the least complexity at the time.
You will be part of a cross-functional product team based in Stockholm, working with Engineering, Design, and Product management to drive the digital design in the Consumer Experience organization. We work with our data-driven IoT-products and connected appliances in all categories and Business Areas.
What you'll do:
• Analyzing needs together with product managers, UX and other developers

Who you are:

Cosa farai:
· Contribuire alla progettazione, all'ottimizzazione e alla manutenzione della nostra piattaforma basata su un System on Module ad alte prestazioni che esegue un sistema operativo Linux embedded.
· Contribuire alla creazione, alla progettazione e allo sviluppo dell'architettura software complessiva; Possedere le principali funzionalità nell'Electronic Platforms Tech Stack: definizione, implementazione, integrazione e manutenzione; Progettare, sviluppare, testare e implementare il codice sorgente del programma, i componenti del sistema operativo e gli strumenti software.

Chi sei:
· Hai una solida conoscenza dell'architettura Linux embedded, della distribuzione generale (es. Debian, ecc.) e dello sviluppo di applicazioni in spazio utente;
· Hai una buona conoscenza della personalizzazione delle ricette Yocto: hai familiarità con la manutenzione e il supporto del sistema di compilazione in un ambiente di integrazione continua, inclusi la creazione di pacchetti e la distribuzione di immagini software e la scrittura e manutenzione di script.
· Hai conoscenze su come configurare, fare piccole modifiche e integrare il kernel Linux e i relativi boot loader embedded.
· L'esperienza nello sviluppo e nel debug di driver del kernel per Linux Embedded sarebbe un vantaggio.

All about the role:
Electrolux is building and strengthening the Digital Product Organization to deliver highly scalable services and world-class product experiences for our connected appliances.
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join the team and take responsibility for contributing to the development of the new IoT Mobile App. Responsibilities will be from testing our mobile solution for connected appliances, identifying bugs, developing automation tests to working with a global team spread across different locations worldwide will be yours the day-to-day business.

· Regression testing as releases move through different environments.

· Good skills in at least one programming language. Beneficial if you know languages such as Kotlin and Swift.
· Good to have experience on Jira, Postman, Bitbucket, Git, and mobile automation testing tools such as Android’s Jetpack Compose, Espresso, UI Automator, iOS’s XCUITest, or cross-platform options like Appium. Familiarity with test management tools like Qmetry.

We are looking for the Head of R&D Consumer Experience Product Line Wellbeing to join the Leadership team of the Global Wellbeing Organization.
This person will be responsible to set the Wellbeing R&D Strategy, establish a fit for purpose R&D organization for Global Wellbeing that is focused on increasing the competitiveness on: product innovation, speed to scale, connected products, cost efficient products, process efficiency and global investments.

The IoT Platform Services is responsible to develop and maintain the IoT Platforms of Electrolux. We have two different original platforms that has a long story and our team is building the foundation for the new generation platforms. Who you are:
· University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar fields;
· Programming experience in the backend development in Java or .NET frameworks. Knowledge in CI/CD and application monitoring.

As a Range Specialist for Replacements and Installations you will together with the Senior Category Manager Specifically, deploy a successful integrated commercial strategy for Replacements sales and Installations services, based on deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer experience. Specifically, within this role, you will help us to analyse and optimise the replacements and installations business potential to suggest areas of improvement and new businesses through analysing complex data. With a quarter of a million appliance failures every week across Europe, this is a chance to make a difference in creating new products, ensuring always offering a solution, solving consumer issues while creating significant value for the company.

Your main tasks will be to review and analyse a wide range of data, such as SAP reports, output from contact centres, NPS feedback from consumer surveys, European market data and insights from the installed base, translating it to meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making. In close cooperation with the wider European organisation, you will also be a part of shaping new products and offers by providing analysis and insights of consumer trends across all European markets. You will need to create a network of contacts within the Electrolux organisation, identify trends, research, and understand underlying issues and work with others to find improvement opportunities and therefore put forward technical, commercial and product solutions.

You must be a diligent, collaborative, self-going, with significant drive to be successful in filling this role.
